10 eggs
1 glass of sugar (veya 1 cup of sugar)

When the milk is at yogurt incubation temperature, add the sugar and dissolve it.

Add the powdered mastic or vanilla.

Whisk the eggs well, add them to the milk, and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes.
