• ✓BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes

• ✓CONTRACT: This terms of use agreement between SELLER and BUYER
• ✓GOODS: Food products and spices subject to purchase

The order placement and completion process is subject to the following rules:

• ✓To place an order, add products to cart and complete payment steps
• ✓After your order is confirmed, you are obliged to make payment
• ✓Check order summary, prices and delivery information before confirming
• ✓Order changes cannot be made after payment confirmation
• ✓Order may be canceled depending on stock availability, you will be notified immediately
• ✓Campaigns and discounts are subject to specified conditions
• ✓We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of price errors

Payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified PayTR secure payment system. We offer credit card, debit card, wire transfer/EFT, and cash on delivery options. We never store your credit card information - payment details are sent directly to PayTR and are not seen or stored by our company. Installment options may vary depending on bank agreements.

What you need to know about our delivery processes:

• ✓Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days
• ✓Shipping cost varies according to cart amount and campaigns
• ✓Delivery time is between 1-5 business days depending on region
• ✓Damage inspection should be performed when receiving the package
• ✓For wholesale customers: You must use only cargo companies labeled 'Wholesale Cargo', otherwise shipping cost is yours
• ✓Additional shipping costs may apply in case of incorrect address

Your cancellation and return rights:

• ✓You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the product delivery date
• ✓For withdrawal right, the product must be unused and unopened
• ✓Opened food products are not accepted for return due to health and hygiene reasons
• ✓Products prepared on special order cannot be returned
• ✓Invoice and original packaging of the product are required for return
• ✓Your payment will be refunded within 10 business days after return approval
• ✓In case of manufacturing defect or damaged delivery, shipping cost is covered by us

All our products have passed laboratory tests and have quality certificates. Our products are additive-free, preservative-free, and natural. Products with expired or spoiled expiration dates are not offered for sale. Proper storage of our products and compliance with usage instructions is important.

Site content, design, logo, texts, images, and all materials are the intellectual property of Hanımeli Baharat. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Written permission is required for commercial use. Product photos may not reflect the actual appearance.

We do not accept liability in the following situations:

• ✓Delivery problems resulting from incorrect address provided
• ✓Spoilage resulting from storage of the product in unsuitable conditions
• ✓Problems arising from non-compliance with usage instructions
• ✓Content of links provided to third party websites
• ✓Delays and damages caused by cargo company
• ✓Disruptions due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, epidemic, etc.)
• ✓Malfunctions caused by user's internet connection or device problems

Your personal data is processed and protected within the framework of our Privacy Policy. Your data is not shared with third parties but may be shared with service providers (shipping, payment) as necessary. SSL and encryption technologies are used for the security of your information.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the site. Users are notified by email for important changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

Accounts violating the terms of use may be suspended or closed without warning. Providing false information, fraudulent transactions, or misuse of the system are reasons for account closure. In case of account closure, pending orders are canceled and payment is refunded.

Friendly resolution methods will be sought first for disputes arising from this agreement. If no resolution is reached, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. Consumer courts and arbitration boards are authorized within the limits specified in the laws. Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply.
